It was really warm today and when I got to my class they had to have the doors open as it was so warm. She really worked us hard today and I was sweating a lot - that's good isn't it?
I didn't stay for coffee after the class as they had a lady coming from St John's to do CPR and as I did it not long ago I thought I would give it a miss. My friend, Joan who has been in Canada for 8 weeks for the birth of her grandson, was waiting to go in to the CPR class so it was nice to see her again, she has only just got back so has missed most of our winter.
I went along to Fraser Cove shopping centre for a coffee and then went to buy some cropped joggers as my full length ones are going to be too hot if this weather keeps up.
I got back and did a bit of housework and then Jon was home for lunch.
After lunch I had two episodes of neighbours to catch up on - it is soooo sad at the moment.
Took Totty out for a walk and the sun was lovely.
Came back and spent the rest of the afternoon finishing my big thick Penny Vincenzi book and it was really good. I now have the horrible job of starting a new book!!
