We ended up sleeping with the fan on all night so we were not too hot and had a good night and woke to another lovely day.
Jon is feeling and looking much better this morning I am glad to say.
I sent out an email asking if anyone wants our concert tickets for the weekend I would prefer to give them away rather than them go to waste - no takers so far.
I also emailed the agent about Totty as they called last week to say the flight she was due to go on had been cancelled and we need to book another. Hopefully, they can board her two nights and she will fly out on the 26 March which is the same day as us!
As it was so nice we decided to go down to the Mount and have a coffee and managed to get a parking space right on the front near the café. It was lovely sitting there in the sun. It was very busy as there where three cruise ships in again.
On the way home we went down to the port to buy some fish but being Monday and the boats not back they didn't have much so ended up buying some king fish which looks a little like tuna in texture and very meaty looking.
We got home and I did a few jobs around the house and then made Jon some lunch.
I spent a nice afternoon reading. I have just started Twelve Years a Slave and want to read it before I see the film but not sure I will get through it, depends how long it is in the cinema for.
I did some ironing and then made the dinner and the king fish was very nice.
I washed up and watered the plants and tomatoes which are just about finished and then we watched some TV.
Another hot night and sounds like a party going on somewhere but once in our bedroom we don't hear any noise from the front.
WEATHER
Sunny 26 degrees
