I go from one extreme to the other, really late tonight. Jon is away and I have been catching up on my programmes. Now that he is home I don't get the chance!!
Totty was still up a couple of times last night twirling around on her bottom so I really hope it settles down. She does look much better today though.
We were both up early this morning as Jon wanted to leave by 8.00 (Bertie permitting) and he just about managed to. He was in for a wet drive up to Auckland though.
I spent the morning doing my Monday housework. I baked a cake and was just about to have lunch when the gardener arrived. She told me what she intended to do and I left her to it and had lunch.
I left to go and sort books at the book rooms and was there till about 4.00. I left in very heavy rain and had to come home and bring some very wet washing in!!!
Jon called to tell me he had a very wet drive to Auckland which I knew as the weather was on the news.
I made my dinner and then watched TV.
We have some very heavy rain tonight and it is really windy. I hope Totty doesn't need to get up and go out through the night.
