I was lying awake till gone 2.00 last night, I could not get to sleep and my feet were so cold I had to put socks on. I think I will have the electric blanket on tonight!
I was up and ready for keep fit early and even managed to get my washing done and hung out!
Our keep fit class was really good and we all worked really hard as we were sweating although I think the very warm day might have had something to do with it!
I stayed for a coffee and showed the ladies the album that Jane had sent which they all thought was lovely.
I went straight home to do some housework and got stuck in as Jon was out and it is easier to do when he is not there.
Jon came home after his walk around the Mount and his coffee and then did his jigsaw and I did the ironing.
The new appointment came through for Jon to see the surgeon on Friday this week so not long to wait. Friday is also 'D' day as to making our decision about coming home! We have had enough messing about now!
I made lunch and then went up to the office to do some work on the photo book and got so wrapped up in it I lost track of the time and when I looked at the clock it was 3.38 and my aqua class is 4.00!!
I quickly got changed and rushed out to the class and arrived five minutes late. There were only five of us and they had had a problem with the heating and the water was not as warm as usual and with the cold wind it was definitely a 'keep your shoulders under the water' day!
The class was good and we don't escape with this teacher as she gets in the water with us!
After the class we went into the hotter pool to warm up and I then had a shower which was cold!!!
I gave the teacher a lift home again and then once home got organised cooking the dinner. I was so tired had I sat down I would have fallen asleep and not wanted to make dinner.
After dinner I started to watch TV but fell asleep - another half programme missed.
I finished off a bit of work on the photo book and now it is an early night for me. All this exercise on a Tuesday wears me out!
WEATHER
Mostly sunny but cold wind 17 degrees
