We went down to a café we haven't been to for a long time as it is in a shopping area that we needed to go to to get some photo frames. We also bought an electric heater for the living room as it is very cold when watching TV. Seems crazy when we will be leaving soon but we can't keep up with the gas bottles. The weather will probably warm up now!!
We went to the supermarket and I bought food to make a curry. I have really been wanting a curry for ages but Jon has not wanted to try one. As we are not doing much these days he is going to give it a go and see what happens.
We came back and I made lunch and Jon watched some TV and put the pictures we bought in Australia in frames and they look very good. I made an apple cake that has a merengue topping and it was very nice.
I cooked Moroccan lamb chops for dinner and we had it with a bean pure and glazed carrots and roasted sprouts. All 'windy' stuff but fortunately Bertie didn't object to any of it. We also drank more wine than we normally do!!
