It was not so cold this morning considering it is the first day of winter.
We had breakfast and I put some washing on and then read my two magazines which had arrived when we were away.
We went into Tauranga for coffee and Jon went to the library. I needed to go to the Vodaphone shop as my bundle was not working as it should so they sorted that for me.
We went to the supermarket for a few things. I am buying things as and when I need them now as I don't want to have loads of things to use up but it does make life difficult. We met Bronwyn in the supermarket and had a long chat to her.
We got back and I made lunch.
I made a lemon cake this afternoon, a casserole for dinner and cooked some tamarillos in a cinnamon syrup. I discovered them in Thailand and liked them and to think I could have been eating them for the last four years!!
Jon has spent a lot of time booking the hotels for our trip and I think we are just about sorted now.
We had dinner but I am still not able to eat much. Not sure if it is still whatever I picked up on the plane but I have a niggling pain in my tummy which is hanging around and annoying me. The tamarillos were lovely with some ice cream though.
I have spent the evening trying to upload photos from my iPad to the computer and can't do it. I think it is because the computer doesn't recognise my device and I haven't yet worked out how to make it so more work needed!!
Off to bed now as it is late again!
