Terrible weather

I could easily have gone back to sleep this morning. After a terrible night of very strong wind and lots of rain I hadn't really slept well.

It was far too wet to take Tot out so after my shower I caught up with some emails till it was time to go to my class.

Really enjoyed the class this morning, not many there as it is still the school holidays but a nice coffee after the class.

I then went to the supermarket and bought what I need, hopefully, for the rest of the week. I need to stop going to the supermarket so often!!

Came home and made some pumpkin soup for lunch tomorrow and then cooked tuna cakes for our lunch in between doing the washing and having to use the dryer or I will never get it dried outside.

After lunch I did all my ironing while I caught up with Neighbours.

I took Tot out for a walk and then got ready for my Lions meeting and went to pick Janice up.

We had a really good dinner tonight with the most delicious fish pie and roast pork with lovely crispy roasted vegetables. Pudding was a sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce, fresh berry pavlova and fresh fruit salad all really, really nice but I only had the fruit salad and the sticky date pudding and was then fit to burst.

Got home and caught up with more Facebook photos and emails.

Heavy showers off and on all day and very windy 18 degrees
