Walked the dog and then took Kirsty and James down to the Mount to have a to have a look round the shops as they wanted to buy some presents to take home. They then went to Pilot Bay to watch a ship go out. They spent the morning down at the Mount and out on the island and really enjoyed themselves and was the only time they had on their own. I was really glad James suggested staying at home this weekend. It was getting far to complicated to sort things out.
I went to the Red Cross and had a busy morning and then met them down at a bar for lunch.
After lunch we went to the Classic Flyers Museum which James really enjoyed and then we met Heather at the helicopter office down at the airport at 4.00. It was a beautiful clear afternoon and they decided to do the longer flight and they all really enjoyed it.
I was really pleased it was fish and chip night and I had nothing to cook so just had a nice rest till Jon came home.
We had fish and chips and James went out with Jon to go for a drink at the pub while waiting for the dinner.
We had far too much to drink and I believe there is now a video of me singing 'So Long Farewell' from the Sound of Music - Oh dear!!!
