After the awful weather yesterday it was very nice to see no rain this morning and no wind though they have had a terrible time down in Hawke's Bay and Taupo and have no power.
Jane had put on Facebook that she had put an offer in on a house so I gave her a call to find out what was going on. They have made an offer and it has been accepted so they are both very excited and happy. I had a quick word with Kirsty and she sounds happy, too, James in in Brussels and she was reading a wedding magazine with Jason!!!!
I was too late to take Tot out so had to rush off to my class. It was OK but not the teacher I like best. We then went for coffee and I was talking to Les and she told me her mother in law had died. She thought I knew but it was when I was in Melbourne so I obviously missed that, she was old and not very well so a bit of a relief.
I came home and we had pumpkin soup for lunch and then I did some washing and a few bit around the house and took Tot out.
I then spent the whole afternoon typing up my blog I am nearly up to date again.
We had a nice chicken casserole for dinner and apple pie to follow.
