Clean house, clean car, clean dog!

Hair coloured, two loads of washing, car washed, plants watered and dog walked all before 10.00. I then came back and did another load of washing.

My cold is really horrible and I am fed up with a dripping nose!!

I did a bit more sorting out and getting things back in order.

Heather came home for lunch and we had asparagus which was very nice.

After lunch I bathed the dog as she smelt very bad and then went to the library as my books were due back and I have renewed them once so can't do it again without staff seeing them. I wanted one of them back but I wasn't allowed and as it was the only one there I will now have to go and get it tomorrow - such a silly rule as nobody was waiting for it.

I then went and did a bit of shopping before going home.

I cooked tuna and pasta bake for Heather a real treat for her and when she came in from netball she was really hungry. Jon called to say he was fine and will be back tomorrow.

We watched a bit of TV and then caught up a bit with photos but I can't put them on Facebook yet as until Kirsty and James get home nobody knows about their engagement and this won't be up until they are home so it doesn't matter what I write here. You can see her ring in a lot of the photos!!!

I had an email from Kirsty and they are having a good time in Sydney and the weather is good over there, too.

Not sure what is going on out in the street tonight. A lot of rowdy people and it sounds like a party but not sure where it is as we are well back from the main road. No doubt I will find out from Alison or Bronwyn tomorrow.

Off to bed now to read my book and catch up with some much needed sleep.
