It was my usual walk with Totty followed by my housework, washing and ironing.
I had a nice long phone call from Kirsty and at one point I was chatting to three people on Facebook and Heather on MSN. That can get very confusing!
Jon came home for lunch and watched a bit more of the Grand Prix.
After lunch I decided to go off and deliver some of the Book Sale posters to all the houses on the Maungatapu Road which is very long. It took me about 50 minutes to walk down to the roundabout and walk back on the other side. I was really hot by the time I had finished but was glad to get it out of the way as it has been bothering me.
When I took Totty to the park I met a very nice lady there, Judy, who was practicing golf (although you are not supposed to in the park) and I started to chat to her. She lives just along the road from us, hers is the hoouse with the huge avocado tree in the garden, and told me that her husband had died recently. She is very nice and told me to keep trying with my golf and it will soon click into place.
Alison phoned this evening to say she would do the run and I said I would go into Tauranga and get a T shirt for her tomorrow. I am quite excited about it as the weather forecast is for a sunny day.
