I really needed to catch up with some washing so we had an 'at home' morning today.
In the afternoon we went over to Bay Fair and looked around the shops and printed some photos off for the scrapbook Heather is making.
I don't know what we do some days as they pass by so fast but we enjoy ourselves.
Tuesday morning we went over to Cherrywood which is a small suburb on the other side of Tauranga. We had coffee, chocolate and a white chocolate and berry muffin all very fattening but very good.
We then went for a walk along the beach before going to meet the lady in the pet shop to ask about home care for Totty instead of kennels. she is going to get back to me about a local lady who may be able to take her.
This afternoon we went over to Welcome Bay for a walk.
I tried to make the garlic spaghetti like I had in Hamilton. It was good but not as good as over there.
We are trying to sort out a visit to Taupo to the mountains and see some snow but as it is school holidays all the hotels, except the expensive ones, are booked so it may have to wait until the following weekend.
Jon is off to Melbourne tomorrow till Friday so Heather is looking forward to Domino Pizza! Not sure I am!
