Another lovely day and Jon has left for Oz so I thought I would have a spring clean. There are lots of containers, left by the owner, in the cupboards with cooking ingredients in them and which I will never use as I have no idea how long they have been there. After eight months in this house I thought it was time to clear them out. I also had a bit or a change around in the cupboards where the dishes are kept - Jon won't find anything when he gets back!
Apart from the spring clean I also did my washing and housework as it is Monday!
It was a lovely day again but I watched the tennis final rather than sit in the sun. It was a really good final and I look forward to the men's tomorrow.
The day passed quite quickly and it was very satisfying seeing all my washing and ironing done and clean cupboards.
I had chicken Kiev for my dinner with salad and a glass of wine which I had told myself I wouldn't have but really fancied one with my dinner.
I am going to take advantage of Jon being away to get Totty out of this horrible habit of wanting to go out for a wee during the night!!!
