After taking Totty out for her walk we went for a coffee and then came back home and didn't do much for the rest of the day.
Jon went to the gym and I read my book.
Had some nice beef for dinner but very filling.
I had an email from my friend to say her daughter in law had her baby today. A little boy, Stanley.
