After taking Totty out I went out for my physio appointment and had a very nice massage on my neck, not sure if it is helping my arm or not!
Went for a coffee and then to the supermarket to do my weekly shop.
Jon came home for lunch and later on I went over to see Alison for a cuppa. She had bought me a lovely glass ornament for my birthday. It is blue and green and is a Maori symbol and means long life and I was really pleased with it.
We had a long chat and she is going to help me with my family tree.

A really chilly wind today with cloud and sun.
