I had a very bad night's sleep as I kept turning onto my right side and it hurt and woke me up. I texted Les and we arranged to meet for coffee after she had been swimming.
I manged to get out for a short walk with Tot but every step was painful.
I went down to the Mount for coffee with Les and we sat outside as it was so warm and had our usual chat. I popped into the supermarket for some fish on the way home.
Just sat and watched TV all afternoon and then took Totty out for a walk.
Made dinner and then watched TV my ribs are very sore. I can't believe such a silly thing can cause so much pain!
