Thursday One day to go!

So much has happened and I can't remember exactly what we have done!

I know I went through the house tidying once Kirsty and James had taken all the boxes down to the Jockey Club.

We went over to Fordham to collect mine and Mary's hats and they came in huge, beautiful boxes and I love it just as much as I did when I saw it the first time.

We must have had lunch at some point but not sure where or what!

We set off to go to Waterbeach church for the rehearsal. I have to say I was not impressed with the lady vicar and I found her to be rather abrupt but I am sure she means well.

The rehearsal went well and we all know what we have to do. I practised my reading and I just hope I can do it without tears.

We got home and then it was more or less time to get ready to go out for dinner with Malcolm, Heather, Jane and Jason and then meet with Jon's family who would be arriving from Cornwall.

Kirsty stayed in for the evening with Sam, James' sister as she still had a few things to sort out. On the whole she is now very calm.

We went to the Premier Inn for dinner and while the food was not brilliant we did have a very good night.

It was lovely to meet up with Kay, Ann, Tony and Glenn and we sat drinking and chatting far too late before walking down the High Street to get a taxi.

Really looking forward to the big day now.
