And more money

After being awake with Tot through the night due to her scratching I was not ready to get up when the alarm went off this morning! I only treated her four weeks ago for fleas so it shouldn't be that but I need to check her out in the daylight.

I took her for a walk and when I came back called the agent about the keys for the new house. He told me he would get his colleague to drop them off at the Red Cross shop for me.

I went to work and as Sharon was off we had a busy morning putting out new stock and it went over very fast but my back was killing me from lifting all the boxes of books I think.

I found a lovely dress which is a long one and I will need to have it shortened to get the wear out of it but it is really nice in a lovely cornflower blue and cream. The agent called to say he would bring the keys to the house later.

When I had finished I went across the road to the furniture shop and after much consideration finally decided on which set I was going for and it will be delivered with the other things.

I then went to collect a package from the courier which was Jon's new passport now it has to be sent off to have the visa put in and then he should be fine as this one has double the pages in it.

By the time I got home I was very tired, hot and hungry so had a sandwich and a cuppa. Jon came back from Auckland and came home as it was too late to go into work - 3.00!!! Not like him.

The agent came with the keys and then Avon Carol called with my things. She won't have so far to come next time as she also lives in Welcome Bay.

Jo packed the car with boxes and we went over to the house and I still like it, thank goodness. We then drove into Tauranga to have a look at TV tables and coffee tables but couldn't decide on one.

Back home we had a cup of tea and Jon loaded the car again and Heather came home so she went across to have a look. She is not happy with her bedroom as she says there is nowhere to put the bed and TV so she can watch it!!!

They called me to say they would pick up the fish and chips on the way back.

After dinner we watched a bit of TV and then had to calm Tot down as there were fireworks going off around about. I checked her for fleas and found one so it looks like I will have to treat her again!!
